In these terms
Home / Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of cosmetictattoocourses.au, the website of Cosmetic Tattoo Courses Australia. They explain how to read the course information published here, who owns the words and pictures, how external links and enquiries work, and which law applies. By using the site, you accept them.
01
This website is a general guide to cosmetic tattoo training in Melbourne. It sets out course areas, trainer and student work pages, and education guides so you can compare techniques before you get in touch.
You may browse, read and share links to any page for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t use the site in a way that disrupts it, tries to access areas not meant for the public, or sends automated or misleading enquiries.
The Education & Resources guides are general information for students. They don’t replace hands-on training, supervision from a qualified trainer, or advice on the rules that apply to your own practice.
A guide is a starting point for study, not a licence to work on skin. Hands-on practice happens under a trainer.
§02
The course pages, from the Cosmetic Tattoo Course to the Tattoo Removal Course, describe each course area in general terms: the techniques involved, who the training suits and what students work on. We take care to keep them accurate, but course content, format, availability and arrangements can change.
Nothing on this website is an offer to enrol or a binding promise about a course. The details that matter to your decision are confirmed directly with you when you enquire or enrol. If a web page and the information we send you ever differ, the information sent to you applies.
Before you commit to a course, ask about anything these pages leave open. You can compare course areas on the Courses page.

§03
The written content, page design, logo and course descriptions on this website belong to Cosmetic Tattoo Courses Australia. You can quote a short passage with a link back to the source page. Copying guides or course pages in full, republishing them, or using them to promote other training needs our written permission first.
Some photographs come from third-party image libraries and stay the property of their creators under the relevant licence. They show the subject in general, not a particular student, trainer or result. Images in the Student Work Gallery and on trainer profiles may not be downloaded or reused without permission from the person pictured and the owner of the image.
Quoting: a short extract with a link back.
Republishing: ask first through the contact form.
Stock photographs: licensed from their creators, not free to reuse.
§04
Guides and pages may link to other websites, such as suppliers, image libraries or public information sources. We add these links because they may help you, but we don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement. Check any external site’s own terms before you rely on it.
When you send an enquiry, please give accurate information and include only what you’re comfortable sharing. Enquiries are stored privately on this website. They aren’t automatically passed to marketing services, and no payments are taken through the site. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create an enrolment. How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Cosmetic Tattoo Courses Australia isn’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on the site, from pages being temporarily unavailable, or from using linked external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
