When you send an enquiry through the form on the Enquire / Enrol page or the Contact page, we receive the details you enter. Name, Email and Message are required. Phone, Location, Subject, Budget and Timeframe are optional, and you can leave them blank.
In your message you might mention the course area you’re considering, such as the Microblading Course or Lip Tattoo Course.
We use this information to reply to you, answer your questions, share course details and manage any enrolment that follows. We don’t use it for unrelated purposes and we don’t build profiles from it.
Please don’t include health details in your enquiry unless they matter to your question. If you do mention something like a skin condition, we use it only to answer that question.

Enquiries sent through the website are stored privately in this site’s WordPress installation. Only the people who manage the website and answer course enquiries can see them. The website’s hosting provider stores the site’s data as part of running the site.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please keep your message to what’s needed.
We keep enquiries only as long as we reasonably need them to reply and manage any enrolment that follows. After that, we delete them or remove identifying details.
We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and enquiries aren’t automatically passed to marketing or payment services. We only disclose information if the law requires it.
Sending an enquiry doesn’t sign you up to a mailing list. We reply to what you’ve asked about.
